Maybe we will get something from the ATF fairly soon! As he says, I agree it's better to get this right and not risk future legal problems for anyone after an administration change.

I'm going to keep stocking up on cans and be itching to go as soon as they give the word, if you have requests I would get them in before inventory disappears everywhere!

I got in a new rimfire can, the B&T Print X Tiger, to evaluate and decided to give a Suppressor transfer update as more developments have came out around that that are faster to explain on video. ATF continues to remain silent and canceled a seminar for FFLs meant to happen yesterday (I mistakenly said 5 days from now on video)

PSA has added a huge disclaimer to 4473 only suppressor purchases and more gray areas and potential problems have come to light as well. This court win is feeling more like a halfway there stepping stone right now, we need a full win!

Hopefully things keep moving in the direction of freedom and we can leave the NFA in the past!

Some of the elusive Diligent Defense Co. Enticer models are in stock at a distributor, I'm planning to restock what's been claimed out of our inventory but if anyone wants an L-Ti, S, or S-Ti let me know ASAP, they won't last long here, I'll be ordering this evening before they get away!

Pricing on request to keep FB happier with me, but these are an excellent value for the performance they offer. DDC has a 25 week lead time on new orders for a good reason!

Talk in the FFL groups I'm in are the ATF is scrambling to get a process for FFL's to comply with the ruling. Possibly as soon as sometime next week. I still maintain it's best for customer and FFL's alike to wait for an ATF approved way to do this and avoid any unnecessary visits from them and potential legal troubles.

My understanding is products sourced from Silencer Shop, Silencerco, and possibly B&T, or people with a GOA or possibly ASA membership, should be able to buy suppressors with just a 4473 and NICS check only, once the ATF gives us an approved method to do that.

I suggest we order in what you want as soon as you know for sure and get ahead of the rush that's coming when every FFL starts doing this. I'm about to order a bunch of inventory anyway, so special orders will need to be paid in advance right now. There aren't many brands I don't have dealer access to somewhere, and not many people are as passionate and nerdy as I am about suppressors, so I'll get you fixed up with a good fit for your use case!

Suppressors are the hot topic right now, and we've got discounted demo models again, from rimfire to 12ga!

Some have less than 20 rnds and look like new, some have scratches and paint chips, but no signs of baffle wear on any of them.

We can file a Form 4 now or hold it and wait to see how the ATF will let us proceed with a 4473 only transfer. Your choice!

Some good summaries pulled from social media today of where we are, this is my stance at the moment as well. This is a huge gray area until the ATF speaks up, with potentially serious consequences for you and I both if handled wrong.

I think it's a good time to get a suppressor you're eyeing bought and on hold if you want to wait for a 4473 only, or go ahead and do a Form 4 if you don't care about the extra steps, but I'm not comfortable putting myself or my customers at risk of being on the wrong side of the ATF, the agency known for showing up at houses to sieze things they perceive to be illegal, possibly not peacefully at that.

Try to be patient while we await answers from the people who can ruin our lives over mistakes with this stuff.
