PA CROSSFIRE FASTPITCH SOFTBALL 12U and 14U TEAM TRY-OUTS 2015 – 2016

The CARMEN FUSCO Team is a new program beginning in July of 2015. Carmen Fusco has 40 years of professional and collegiate baseball and is dedicated to creating and developing a successful softball program. We will be holding tryouts for the 2015 – 2016 season and look forward to meeting your daughter and family.

Our Goals Are Simple. We strive to develop our players in to a complete amateur player mentally, physically, and fundamentally with a positive learning environment embedded with discipline, preparation and hard work.

Becoming a successful and dedicated player is not easy and doesn’t happen overnight. With our TEAM uniform and the dedication and knowledge of our coaching staff, we can guide you towards becoming the player you want to be. A player with commitment, drive, and desire.

We seek players and families that will commit to the following:
1. Grades are important!! Good grades are needed for college there for a player must have successful grades.
2. To be successful, players must have a successful and inspiring support system. We ask parents to be as supportive as possible for their daughters.
3. In order to be a better player you must have commitment and be willing to work hard. Extra hours outside of practice, hustling, and hard work are needed to improve.
4. Conditioning is an important part of improving. You need to be strong and agile to compete optimally. Players must be willing to condition during practice and in their own time.

For the better of the team we want players that enjoy playing but are serious about softball.
We believe friendly competition is healthy there for all positions are OPEN.

Every player and family attending try outs will not fit the TEAM; however we encourage all willing to attend try out and get to know our soon to be growing family!
