What does mindset actually mean?

This has been a year of growth and a period of resetting. Knowing where I am and allowing myself the space to make room for what is coming. Even though I am so ready, it still feels scary.

From Fitness Trainer to Life & Wellness Coach

For six years my home studio has been my gym and office — filled with everything I loved. TRX, bands, weights and more. It served me well and my love for fitness will always be there.

Today I am directing my energy into a new phase of my life as a Life & Wellness Coach. And that meant letting go of one thing to move forward.

After a lot of self-talk yesterday I took one intentional step. I began clearing out the fitness items. And as I was doing this something became clear. I am so ready.

It was less about clearing the space and more about letting go of what was a very big and beautiful part of my life.

I feel lighter. And I have so many things ahead of me.

☐ Spirit · Building inner connection and being at peace with myself.

Mindset Monday — Word of the Week: Flow 🌿

Here we are, ready to start the week.

During my Spring 4-week workshop I kept hearing one word, shift. And then someone said something that really stayed with me. How shift can feel softer than change.

I listened. And I made a shift of my own.

When people are given the freedom to listen to their own voice, without judgement, and with the understanding that not getting it right the first time is okay, something beautiful happens.
There is a shift.

The shoulders relax. The focus moves away from what should be toward what I actually want.

That is where the real work begins. And that is where the freedom lives.
