Forgot to post my picture hiking with my son. Did you know what you eat can help you with your mood and mental health? I  have really changed my eating to make better healthier choices and I cannot tell you how much it has changed my perspective and outlook on life. Eating nutritious things that have vitamins and minerals your body needs can really put you in a better mood. How are we just figuring this out?
