BEST-IN-CLASS CLARITY. EXCEPTIONAL VALUE.

In Ballistic’s Best Hunting Edition 2026, Athlon Untamed put the TRACT TORIC 10x42 Eagle Ballistics LRF Binoculars head-to-head against four leading rangefinding optics.

The takeaway? The reviewers called the TORIC’s glass the clearest and crispest of the entire group, even compared to Leica. Add its compact design, solid ranging performance, and price point, the TORIC LRF Binos stands out as a serious value for hunters who prioritize optical clarity over added connectivity.

The time of year we all live for. Imagine the stories told around this campfire…

Mason Erickson set out on his first out-of-state big game hunt last week and he punched his tag running all TRACT Optics gear. Thanks for the great photos Mason!

6 Tips for Shooting Tighter Groups With Your R***e

Tighter groups come from repeating the same fundamentals on every shot. Before changing your load, make sure your setup and shooting process are consistent.

Here are six fundamentals to focus on:

1. Choose a Cartridge You Can Control
Pick a cartridge you can shoot hundreds of times in practice without dreading the recoil.
2. Mount a Scope That Holds Zero
A dependable scope and a properly verified setup give you a solid foundation for consistent results.
3. Use the Right Magnification
Lower magnification can provide a steadier view when heat waves and your heartbeat make the reticle appear to move.
4. Build a Stable Position and Rest
Prone is often the most stable field position. Keep the barrel clear of the rest to avoid affecting its harmonics.
5. Find Your Natural Point of Aim
Settle into a position that allows the r***e to naturally align with the target without forcing it into place.
6. Breathe, Pause and Squeeze
Use the natural respiratory pause between breaths, and press the trigger smoothly and straight to the rear.

Consistency is built through fundamentals, not guesswork. Practice deliberately, verify your equipment, and make every shot count.

Independent review. Serious performance. Exceptional value.

Matt Cashell at Rokslide put the TRACT TORIC 10x42 Eagle Ballistics LRF Binos through an in-depth review, and his takeaway says a lot.

“The Toric LRF’s ballistic rangefinding capabilities are more extensive and precise than even those from Zeiss and Swarovski’s top RF offerings, while being highly competitive with the brand-new Leica Geovid MAX, which costs DOUBLE the Toric LRF.”

And his overall impression?

“Considering the price and performance, the Toric LRF is easily one of the most impressive optics I have seen in recent years.”

Built for hunters and shooters who demand precision, the TORIC LRF combines premium optics, advanced laser rangefinding, and integrated Eagle Ballistics solutions in one system—all at a price that challenges what you’d expect from this level of performance.

Don’t just take our word for it. Read Matt’s full review at Rokslide.

Miles from the trailhead. Packs loaded heavy. Legs that already have opinions about tomorrow.

This is the part nobody posts — the middle of the push, before the camp is set, before the fire is lit, before anything has happened yet except the decision to go.

But this is also where you find out who your people are. Not at the truck. Not at camp. Right here, in the timber, when the trail gets quiet and the weight gets real.

And when you finally glass that ridge at first light after earning every foot of elevation to get there — your optics aren’t an accessory. They’re the whole reason you came.

We build glass for people who get themselves into situations like this. The ones who know the view is better when you suffer for it.

Who are you taking into the backcountry this season? Tag them. They need to see this.

Your r***e scope is where precision happens. For long-range work, you need a scope with exposed, resettable turrets and a multi-rotation zero stop which ensures you don’t get lost in the rotations when dialing those extreme long range shots.
First Focal Plane (FFP) reticles allow accurate ranging and bullet drop correction at any magnification—critical when distances vary.

The TORIC 4-25×50 FFP represents exactly what serious long-range shooters need: premium SCHOTT HT glass for exceptional clarity, reliable tracking, and a reticle system designed for precision work.

The name TORIC was chosen because it has a direct connection to optics.

In optical terminology, a toric lens is a lens with different curvature in different meridians. The term is familiar within the world of optics and immediately connects the name to the science behind what we build.

For us, that made TORIC an ideal name for our flagship optical line.

It connects directly to the technology.
