STANDARDS: RX: T2B, C&J/Snatch 135/95, Deadlift 305/205, Double Unders, Box Jumps, Front Squats 155/115, OHS 135/95 Male: Muscle

ups, pistols (at least one team member);
Female: C2B, pistols (at least one team member)

Scaled: Pull ups, C&J/Snatch 115/75, Deadlifts 185/135, Single Jump Rope, Box Step ups, Front Squats 115/75, OHS 95/65
