Whether you’re a current lax player or just want to train with us, bring a friend and come put in the work! Expect high-energy, focused sessions designed to build your core strength, speed, and agility. ⚡

Never played? No lacrosse stick? No sweat! We have loaner sticks available for anyone who needs one. 🤝
