The extremely hard and intense work that bulids Egavhoopin strength, agility. mindset, nutrition and mental/ emotional intelligence it takes to become an elite athlete. You have the kind of program that not everyone will volunteer to put themselves through yet when I look at who is doing impressive work in game situations and find those same athletes are on your training roster this decision to send Gavin to you has been easy and has already been a huge return on investment.
