Each level of intensity of our courses helps pregnant women and injured veterans, as well as people who are already f

it. Our founder fell in love with and began specializing in Pilates more than five years ago and became a teacher. With 500 hours of training, we became certified to teach pregnant clients and springboard training. Our courses are a mixture of the new generation Pilates, as well as the classical practices. Whether you want classical or new generation Pilates, we are certified for both. The classical does have a step-by-step procedure that has to be followed.
