I truly wish I knew these sooner. Would have saved loads of time.
• Start small: You don’t need to change your entire life to make progress. Small, consistent changes are easier to maintain.
• Eat enough: Proper fueling supports energy, recovery, performance and muscle growth.
• Stop comparing: Your progress doesn’t need to look like someone else’s. Your starting point, goals, lifestyle and body are different.
• Train less, recover more: More workouts aren’t always better. Recovery is part of the process.
• Reflect daily: Pay attention to what’s working, what isn’t and how you’re feeling. Paying attention to the process is how you build something sustainable.
The goal isn’t to do more. It’s to find what you can actually sustain.
Which one of these do you need to work on most? Drop the number in the comments 🔥🔥
