Congratulations on your graduation Abigail, Jaydn, Kyler & Christopher! These four have been large pillars in our program the last several years and their presence will be missed. Jaydn & Abigail were part of the 1st Western Christian HS girls team after it was sanctioned by the state. Not only did they try something new, they accepted a challenge to build the program. They have encouraged & helped coach many young girls to give it a try which in turn has helped to grow our Pack Wrestling family. Abigail is the first of several Kats children in her family to take the mat for Western. Jaydn was so impactful as a role model her sister stepped onto the mat to follow in her footsteps. Kyler had 2 older brothers that wrestled on our Pack before graduating from Western and he has another one behind him still on the mat, along with a sister who has served as team manager & wrestling cheerleader. Kyler your one liners and wit will be missed in the wrestling room! Each of these families are great supporters of Pack Wrestling! Christopher also helped to shape future Pack wrestlers. Several of his HS years he volunteered coaching for the Lone Wolf Program. With great confidence I can tell you Christopher loves wrestling; but he loves coaching youth more. He even made a comment that if he had to choose wrestling or coaching; coaching would win over being on the mat himself. He led The Pack as a team captain for the last 2 years and was quick to fill in a coaching seat for a teammate when one was needed. Thank you to these 4 seniors! The presence you left on the program, & spirit you helped build in the younger wrestlers will last for years to come! We can't wait to see you continue to leave your marks on the world! Abigail & Christopher are blessed to be able to stay on the mat, as Raiders. Best Wishes to you two at Northwestern ! Jaydn is continuing her education in the field of health care, where she will use her servant heart helping others at a time they need it most. Good luck Jaydn! Kyler's goals are centered around family. Family is a priority to Kyler, and his future goals help him stay local to be available when he is needed. Keep letting your light shine Kyler!
This post was not to make you dwell on what we are losing with these 4 leaving. The leadership we have in the underclassmen are up to the challenge to fill these boots! They might have some different talents but they too are great Christian leaders for our Wresting Pack Family! I am excited to see what big things will happen in our 2026/2027 season, please join us! We are always looking for more Wrestling Pack Family! Ask one of us about joining wrestling today!
