We have enough room to accommodate 24 people, so don’t be afraid to come try it out! 🤩

On Monday Jan 5th, I would like to update the cover photo for this page, but we wouldn’t have this class without everyone that joins us! Anyone is welcome to join us for the photo - we will take it right at 6:30 and then start class right after! 💪🏼🥰

We will still be having class tonight, 12/31! Join us for your New Years Eve workout! 6:30 @ the Stevens County Fitness Center! (Cost is free with gym membership or you can pay the $5 daily drop in fee!)

Classes are EVERY Monday & Wednesday @ 6:30! I will post on the rare occasions that we don’t have class!

Come a few minutes early to stretch and get ready!
