💥Monday, January 1st 2024 11:00am💥, we will be starting the new Shaun T program, DIG DEEPER! This is a 12 week weight lifting program that is split into three 4-week collections. This will be our normal 5:30am class starting Tuesday, January 2. Dig Deeper is a Monday-Friday program with optional Saturday Cardio days. Weekday workouts will be 40-50 min so you can still be in and out of the gym in under an hour. Click the link to watch the trailer and see if this is something you want to join us for!

Good News!! They have officially started replacing our roof at the fitness center! Unfortunately, we have to be closed for a few days. I will post each day to keep you all updated. Sorry for the inconvenience!

We are going to start a new round of LiftMore tomorrow at the 5:30 am class. If you've been wanting to come, now is the time to jump in!! The format for the first 4 weeks is:
Monday: Chest & Biceps
Tuesday: Quads & Calves
Wednesday: Back & Triceps
Thursday: Hamstrings & Glutes
Friday: Shoulders

During the First Grade Health Fair I asked if anyone knew what yoga was. One student raised his hand and said “it’s when you stretch your bones!”

Technically, we can’t stretch our bones, but I love that answer so much.

Take a break from work today and come stretch your bones with us!
