The future is so bright for this team! They laid out some beautiful parts this past weekend at North Central Reining Horse Association and made huge progress. I’m looking forward to watching this team throughout the year⭐️

Cashing Black Chex and Amanda Anderson were on 🔥this weekend!

They were champions in the Green Level 2 both days and won the Level 1 the first day (tied the second day).

My favorite part of this weekend was watching Evelyn play “horse show mom” and be so supportive of Amanda and Moonshine🥰

Thank you North Central Reining Horse Association for putting on such a wonderful show. We appreciate everything you do!

This team KNOCKED it out of the park today and won the Green Levels 1+2. We’re so proud of Amanda’s dedication to “Moonshine” and this sport!🥰 she took the sidelines last year to allow Evelyn to achieve her goals and now, it’s Amanda’s turn!

FUN FACT: this was Amanda’s first time EVER showing in this event!!

Everyone at AKG is beaming with pride. It’s a privilege to be a part of this team!

This last weekend was full of many firsts for our team. I couldn’t be more thrilled and excited to see how they progress this season!

Our theme and motto for this weekend was to “be relentless” and these teams definitely accomplished what they came there to achieve!

I’m BEYOND proud of their growth this past weekend and to see their success pay off. Ann’s patience and tenancity is what makes her such a successful competitor and horsewoman. Way to go Ann and “Marty.”

Anyone who knows, knows this has been a long journey for Paige and “Cannonball” to come together in the all around events. It has been a roller coaster ride but I’m thankful to be on it.

I can’t thank Mary Hinton, Josh Rushlo and Shannon Wacker for all of their help, laughs and snacks this past weekend. All of your hard work and support means the world to me and our team.

It was an amazing weekend in Winona for team AKG🏆

There’s nothing that makes me more proud as a coach than to see my students willingness to work hard, coming out with a positive attitude (even for a 3:30am lesson) and have it all come together in the arena.

💙Evelyn and “Moonshine”💙 took home the win yesterday in the Short Stirrup Division. This team had a lot of great schooling runs and are ready to head to the NRHA Futurity in OKC in a few weeks!

💙Kylie and “Tw***ie”💙 were Co-Champions in the Rookie division on Saturday. Tw***ie and Dan also put together some great runs! It’s been such a blast to coach this team and to see their improvements. The sky is the limit!!

💙Alex and “Cody”💙 took home the Reserve Title in the Level 1 Open Futurity on Saturday evening for Linda Robinson! Cody put all of the pieces together for a solid run and is feeling ready to strut his stuff at the NRHA Futurity. Huge thank you for Mike Davis and Steve Archer for all of their help!
