North Mountain Outfitters offers both high fence and free range, high quality hunting on over 400 acres of privately managed wildlife habitat. We are happy to cater to the special needs of any hunter. Things to bring along with you:
-An extra large cooler. At least 120 QUARTS for hogs.
-Contractor quality garbage bags for any extra meat that doesn't fit in your cooler.
-2-way radios to communicat
e back and forth with the guides especially on jamboree hunts.
-Warm clothes in the winter months and a good set of hikers any time of year. Walking two to four miles a day isn't uncommon. LODGING:
You may choose to stay in our early 1900's farm house which we have converted into a comfortable hunting cabin. Whether you are visiting with friends while having a home cooked meal, or enjoying the tranquility of the deck while watching game feed in the field, our staff at North Mountain Outfitters will always strive to make you feel right at home. Animals will be field dressed. Arrangements for skinning and butchering can be made for an additional charge. Overnight accommodations available for $25.00 per night per person.
