***Potential off market business opportunity***

This is a great, established, profitable business, and we are not looking to sell because we need to close it down. If it doesn’t sell, we are perfectly happy to continue owning and operating it.

That said, we currently have multiple businesses and are exploring whether there may be someone who is passionate about the fitness industry and wants to be more hands-on with the gym full time.

There is so much opportunity for growth and for someone to take what we’ve built and continue developing it into an incredible, all-inclusive fitness space for our community. We would love to see what it could become in the hands of someone who has the time and desire to make the gym their primary focus.

The opportunity includes the business AND the 6,000-square-foot commercial building.

This will not be publicly listed for sale. We are simply opening the door to an off-market opportunity for the right buyer.

Once again, it appears this needs to be addressed.

Facility door codes are not to be shared under any circumstances. That includes your door code or one you changed and happened to get lucky on how to enter the more than 7 digits of someone else’s code.

If someone is not an owner or authorized manager, they do not have the authority to grant access to this facility.

Paying another member for entry does not constitute payment to the facility and does not authorize access. Individuals using the facility must have the proper membership, completed liability waivers, and all required documentation on file before entering.

Unauthorized access, sharing door codes, bypassing required paperwork, or obtaining entry through another member will be considered theft of services and may result in immediate loss of access privileges.

Signing up for a membership and declining charges on ACH is also not allowed. If you are declining charges and using the facility this is called theft of services. We will begin to pursue what avenues are available to crack down on this and keep everything safe and secure.

Please help us maintain a safe, secure, and properly managed environment by following these policies.

Attention!
Membership withdrawals from ACH we’ll go back to the beginning of the month next month. It states the original name but will change back to FullThrottle Fitness 161 hopefully soon.
The bank with the business account for withdrawals is under a new ownership and dealing with changes from online transactions. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
