In honor of the 4th of July we are having a 4-person / 4-Club Scramble — back by popular demand !!!
Also staying with the patriotic theme of Red, White and Blue, Everyone will play off the WHITES except where we have moved the tee boxes up or back to a middle point.

Non Members - $54 p/p
Members - $10 p/p
($10 p/p goes to the prize fund)
9:00 modified shotgun start
AND only 4 clubs will be allowed in each of your bags. You may share clubs between your 4-some

Closest to on holes # 5 and #11
Men's and Women's Long Drives on #6 and # 14

As always socializing and payouts on the patio after. BYOB and a dish if you choose to.

Meet Diane Babin and help us wish her a very Happy Birthday !!
Diane is a long time member of Gleneagle and a valued friend to the course. She was born in Grand Rapids, has lived in Hudsonville for 40 years and also lives right on the course on the back nine. Her favorite hole here is #16 Married to Mark for 53 years, they have 3 children and 5 grandchildren. She attributes many of her life lessons to her Father. In her words "He was a wonderful man of God" Diane is very thankful for her good health, and so are we. We enjoy seeing her "chasing birdies" around the course. Fun fact: Diane shares her birthday with another member, Susan Henry, who we need to catch up with and recognize her special day as well.

Happy Birthday Mike Bowman !! We are a day late but you still are important enough to get you out on our social :)
Mike was born June 10th, 1963 In Benton Harbor Michigan
He and his lovely wife Kerrie have been married for 20 ish years and have 5 children and 5 grandchildren to keep them busy.
He retired from UPS in 2015 and started a golf career by playing every day that he can. His best round at Gleneagle is an impressive 72. If you asked for his advise, he would tell you to "play better next time"! If you see him on the course he may be singing along to his favorite song, "Save a horse - ride a Cowboy"

Happiest (81st ) Birthday on June 6th to our long time friend and member John Beukema!!!
John was born in Washington DC but has lived all over the world!
He has 2 Children, 2 Grandchildren and a beautiful wife named Karen.
As a retired math teacher since 2002, he enjoys spending time with his family and obviously golfing 😀 His favorite hole on the course is #5 - the water hole !! John's personal best on our course is an impressive 68 and he has had and even more impressive 7 hole in ones! 👏 Best wishes for a fantastic year ahead John. Keep swinging and smiling.

Can everyone help us wish Larry Wood a very happy 77th birthday!!!🎉⛳️

Larry has called Lansing, Dorr and Hudsonville home throughout his life. He is devoted husband to his is married to his beautiful wife Kim Wood, a proud father of 3, grandfather of 5, and great grandfather of 8. He also has a sister.

After pursuing work in construction and sales, Larry retired in 2012. His favorite hole here at Gleneagle is hole 4 and he continues to impress with rounds in the 65-72 range.

When asked for a piece of advice, Larry kept it simple: follow through. If you know Larry you also know he's a fan of the classic movie Caddyshack.
