I have been cardio drumming for about four years now, and I loved every minute. As I head into the new year, I also head into a new season of life. With that new season of life, it means leaving some things in the past and holding onto the memories. Unfortunately, it is time for the cardio drumming chapter to come to an end.

Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for the endless support. For showing up every week and drumming like there was no tomorrow. I certainly will miss the little community we created, and I’ll miss seeing your smiling faces every week. 😔

If you would like to keep drumming, Holland has a cardio drumming group that would be great to get involved with. I sincerely hope you guys check them out sometime 😊

With all this said, Hudsonville Cardio Drumming - thank you again for the love and support. You ladies really made class fun ❤️ HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE and cheers to new beginnings 🥂

Ladies - my ankle and wrist are still healing from my fall. Unfortunately, we won’t have class again this week 😔

As my luck would have it, I slipped on ice this past weekend and reinjured my wrist 🤦‍♀️ With that said, there will NOT be class this weekend 12/10. We will try for class 12/17 though! Have a fantastic week, everyone!

Happy Tuesday everyone! Just a quick note that there will be no class tomorrow 12/3. I am healing from a sprained ankle and wrist 🥴 I will keep you all updated for next week’s class!
