I have always loved dance.....from ballet to hip hop and everything in between! Dancing is just the best way to break a sweat and get your heart pumping! In the past, I have taught DanceFit and most recently, I have become certified as a REFIT® Instructor. I hope you will check out a class and join the REFIT® Revolution! Hello REFIT® Ladies! After a break this summer, I am excited to see all of you again and get back to it this fall!! Mark your calendars for Tuesday, October 9 for REFIT® to be starting up again.
