We’re excited to introduce Anna to the team!

Anna will be leading HIIT + Mobility classes at the gym, bringing high energy workouts paired with intentional movement and recovery. She’ll also be offering 1-on-1 personal training and small group training to help members build strength, improve mobility, and reach their goals both inside and outside the gym.

Our mission is simple: create a space where everyone feels welcome to move, grow stronger, push for greater things, and ultimately reach their peak.

We’ve got a lot of work ahead of us, but we’re incredibly excited to use our expertise in fitness and movement to build something our community truly needs.
