V4U Hudson Beachbody Fit Club This is a FREE Beachbody Fit Club in Hudson. Most every Saturday morning at 9am we get together and Yep, it is a FREE WORKOUT.

You have probably seen a Beachbody informercial on tv for at-home fitness programs like P90X, Insanity, T25, Les Mills Combat, Turbo Jam, Body Beast, Brazil Butt Lift... the list goes on and on. We, as V4U Beachbody Coaches sell those programs, but we don't just sell them and send you on your way, we COACH you through the programs and give you the accountability, motivation and advice you need to

succeed. Now, at the V4U Fit Club you can come and TRY BEFORE YOU BUY! Make sure you like the program first, then let one of our coaches know you'd like to purchase it, and we will take care of the rest for you.

** If you are a "non-V4U Beachbody Coach" we welcome you to join us, but we do ask that you make a $10 donation per visit, as we as a team pay to rent the space.***
