The outfields on JH Fields 2 & 4 received a major makeover this fall, and we can’t wait to see them back in action next season!

A HUGE shoutout to Don Dalton for the field modifications and hydroseeding, and to NorthTech Irrigation for helping upgrade our aging irrigation system so these fields will be game ready in the spring!

We especially want to recognize Joe Skaar, owner of NorthTech Irrigation and a longtime member of the Hudson Boosters Baseball Committee for nearly 12 years. Joe has generously donated countless hours of his time and expertise. We are incredibly grateful for his continued support of Hudson youth athletics!

And we’re not done yet! Our plan is to continue upgrading the remaining JH Fields in fall 2027!

Happy National Coaches Day!

Today we’re celebrating all of the incredible coaches who give their time, energy and passion to our Hudson athletes. Thank you for teaching more than just the game and helping Hudson's youth athletes grow both on and off the field. We appreciate you!

Thank you, coaches! 💙

We’re looking for a volunteer to take over coordinating Hudson’s annual Easter Egg Hunt at Prospect Park! This beloved community event takes place every year on the Saturday before Easter and we’d love to find someone who can help keep the tradition going.

The event itself is only about 2 hours, with most of the work happening ahead of time. This volunteer position will be in charge of:
- Gathering candy and chocolate bunnies
- Getting bikes for the raffle
- Coordinating volunteers for the day of the hunt
- Helping make sure everything is ready for a fun morning at Prospect Park

If you’d be interested in helping keep this fun Hudson tradition alive, or if you have questions about what’s involved, please reach out to us! 🐰 💙

Today, we remember and honor the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and the heroes who stepped forward to serve and protect others.

Since 1952, the Hudson Boosters have been helping build opportunities for local athletes and bringing the community together. And when you look back at our history, it’s pretty incredible to see just how much has changed, and how much has stayed the same.

1952: The boys baseball program began
1962: The first Booster Days fireworks
1974: First Drum and Bugle Corps competition
1980: Booster football began
1988: The first Charity Pro-Am Golf Tournament
1995: The girls traveling softball program began
2002: Two football fields were created at Grandview Park
2011: 20+ acre lot on Highway 12 was purchased
2020: Grandview fields were converted for both softball and baseball
2023: Krattley Lane fields were named John Herink Fields
2025: A $75,000 investment made to improve local baseball/softball fields

And that’s just a small part of the story.

From baseball fields and football programs to Booster Days, scholarships, tournaments and countless community events, the Hudson Boosters have been building a legacy of support for generations of Hudson youth.
