We spend so much time trying to figure out the “right” thing to say or do.

But right timing isn’t only a mental process. Your body is constantly gathering information and signaling when it’s time to move, speak, pause, or wait.

✨ Rise & Pause
Come high onto your toes and slowly lower back into your heels. Notice if there is a moment your body naturally wants to linger before returning. This teaches trust in the pause instead of rushing to the next thing.

✨ Humble Warrior
This shape creates space through the chest, shoulders, and throat. As you breathe, reflect on where you may need to express yourself more clearly or honestly.

✨ Paint the Wall Breath
Imagine your breath painting a wall in front of you. Long, smooth exhales help settle mental chatter so your words can emerge with greater clarity.

Sometimes the wisdom you’re looking for isn’t in another answer. It’s in learning to listen to your body’s timing.

Gate 12, Channel, reminds us that communication is about more than words. It’s about timing, emotional clarity, and knowing when a message is ready to be shared.

Sometimes wisdom looks like speaking.
Sometimes wisdom looks like waiting.

Before you respond, ask yourself:
✨ Am I speaking from clarity or reaction?
✨ Is this the right moment?
✨ Will my words create c***ection?

Your voice matters. The timing of your voice matters too.

Yes yoga has given me strength and flexibility but the biggest benefits of my practice have been in my mind. I have more peace, more determination, more faith, and more discipline. After practicing for 18 years and teaching for 14 these are the tools I cherish the most not being able to do sugar cane. Although I do love that pose!
