After weeks of learning, practicing, growing + stepping outside their comfort zones, our Yoga Sculpt Teacher Trainees officially completed their training + we could not be more proud of this group!⁣
⁣
Over the last two weekends, they put everything they’ve worked toward into action, leading their Friends + Family and Community Classes with confidence, strength + so much heart. 🔥⁣
⁣
To our trainees: THANK YOU. Thank you for showing up, trusting the process, supporting one another + giving this experience your all. Watching each of you grow into your own voice as an instructor has been incredibly special + we cannot wait to see where you take it from here.⁣
