This summer, something amazing was born from a simple conversation with my friend and colleague Oona Nelson. We both felt the need for qualified instructors in our studios, and Oona sparked a brilliant idea: "Why not train them ourselves?" 💡

I'm thrilled to announce my partnership with Veritas Pilates for an extraordinary opportunity: my very first teacher training program! If you know me, you know my love for all things movement, but Pilates holds a special place in my heart. It's been my anchor, my rejuvenator, and my strength for over 30 years – through a dance career, two beautiful babies, and now navigating my 50s. This isn't magic; it's the power of the Pilates method.
