Truth ! I absolutely can’t stand 😡 to hear coaches/parents telling pitchers to save their arm and not even warm up correctly. Baseball Dudes nailed it again!

Can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard this. There is a major misunderstanding of the arm and how to train and prepare it. The info is out there, we just need adults to WANT to look for it and hear it.

Yup yup!

They must be able to coach themselves. When they are out there alone in their own thoughts competing, they need to be able to manage all of it and the best way for anyone to learn how to do this is to teach them how to and then force them to. It’s a process for sure but the longer we hold their hands, we are prolonging their growth.

Um yes ! Do it ! Don’t let the fear hold you back!

Surround yourself with people who push you to be better and support your choices. Go read a book on mental toughness and critical thinking. Understand grit. Turn off the TV (specifically the news). Stop thinking only about what could go wrong and think about all that could go right. It’s up to you.
