My workout performance today wasn’t great. We had to do 9 hang squat cleans followed by 6 muscle ups. 6 rounds in 12 minute time cap.

I modified but my cleans looked like sh&t and my asthma would not let up today. ✌🏼

One really good reason to strength train? INDEPENDENCE.

As we get older, we lose muscle mass, its natural. The technical term is called sarcopenia.

There is ZERO reason to not slow it down and prevent falls with

Strength training and putting a burden on bones and muscles with plyometrics, running, jumping are the only proven methods to slow down and even stop sarcopenia.

Old age is just an excuse. There are women in their 70’s who can kick my 36 year old butt

Not giving talented women athletes a place to play and actually SHOW kids that women are STRONG and can play hard is a disservice to our youth.
