The ARC Welcome to The ARC. Here at the Athlete & Recovery Center we specialize in all facets of fitness! Welcome! We will host classes 7 days a week!

We are excited to announce that we are launching a brand new fitness facility, The ARC! (The Athlete & Recovery Center)

We will be offering adult classes, youth development programs for Speed, Agility, Quickness(SAQ) and for Strength and Conditioning! Each class will consist of a dynamic workout specific warm up, roughly 40-44min workout, and a post workout recovery and mobility portion. We will have specific cardiovascular endurance days as well as power and strength days. Each class will be programmed to give us the ability to tailor it to each individual! There is no fitness level that we cannot accommodate or challenge all within the same class. We have also partnered with MyZone to bring you the very latest state-of-the-art heart rate and body monitoring system! This will provide real-time body metrics, post workout analysis, and also give you the ability to take your workout on the go! This means you will still have the ability to track your workouts on the road! Youth development will incorporate a broad to specific sports oriented training platform. The focus will be based around developing a solid foundation of movement. This will include proper movement patterns, correct lifting techniques, mindset development and nutrition guidance. We believe in establishing foundational principles for health and fitness early to establish that mindset for life. Pricing structures are based between unlimited sessions per month, 2-3 sessions per week(class packs), and standard drop-ins. To kick this bad boy off we are offering the first 50 people our lowest rate! Inquire and capture it before it bumps to the next rate!

This weekend, The ARC Gym came together for the 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb….not just to challenge ourselves physically, but to honor the heroes who ran toward danger when others were running away.
