Here we go! The 3rd Annual Sunshine Dream Festival is on. This year's lineup promises a great show. Vendors will be selling clothing, tie dyes, jewelry, and hippie stuff on our mini shakedown street. Mitchell's Restaurant & Pizzeria and Captain Scoop Hand Dipped Ice Cream will be open for the duration. We're excited to see y'all again this year. Be sure to invite your friends.

Come join us this Sunday for live music featuring Kelly & the W***y Nillys and The Dock Wizards! All proceeds go to support the VA Outdoor Foundation and the Youth Outdoor Experience event, held annually on the first Saturday in June at SML State Park. This event teaches kids valuable outdoor skills like fishing, casting, canoeing, basic survival techniques, understanding outdoor ecosystems, and much more!

This 2018 Montana 375FL has a great layout. The front raised area has a comfortable living room with two queen sleeper sofas and two lazy boy recliners. It has an electric fireplace and a 50 inch flat-screen TV with sound bar for your family and guests to relax and enjoy themselves. Unit is equipped with 4 slides, front and rear entry doors, 1 heat pump (AC / furnace unit) in the main living area, a second AC unit for the master bedroom, and has LED lighting inside and out.

Plenty of space inside to sleep 6 with a king bed, 2 sleeper sofas, and two recliners.

The kitchen has loads of cabinets and storage space. It has a 3-burner propane stove, oven, residential full-sized stainless steel Samsung refrigerator equipped with an ice maker.

The master bedroom has a king bed and lots of closets, cabinets and drawers for storage. The RV is also equipped with washer/dryer hookups.

Also included are the following:

Two deck boxes

Fenced storage under the front hitch area

Plumbing, electrical and other maintenance supplies

Winterization equipment, to include air compressor, separate water pump, and 4 new water filters

Each year, we sell our rental boat fleet in order to add new boats to the fleet for next Summer. These boats can be reserved with a $1,000 deposit and the balance will be due when the boats are picked up between early September and mid October. There is a price list attached as a photo to this post.

Interested parties can contact Chris Levey at 540-875-9096 to ask any and all questions.

All boats come with full storage covers, all owner's manuals, and all of the safety equipment (type II life vests, fire extinguisers, fenders, lines, etc.) and will be detailed and have their motors serviced before going to the new owner. We do not have trailers for our boats, but could assist in sourcing trailers.

This year, we have an assortment of 2024-2026 Bennington Tritoons, 2022-2024 Sweetwater Tritoons, 2022 Hurricane 22' deckboats with 200hp Yamahas, and 2022 Hurricane 24' deckboats with 300hp Yamahas. 2025 and 2026 models have the remainder of a one-year warranty on the motors.

The best time to view the most boats at once would be to come on down to Mitchell's Point Marina on Friday or Saturday evenings between 6:30pm and 8:00pm. Just ask for Chris!

Whew! What a weekend! Captain Scoop Hand Dipped Ice Cream will unfortunately be closed until noon Thursday July 10th, 2025 when we can restock all of your favorite flavors.

We hope you had an amazing July 4th weekend! Ours was so awesome, that we have unfortunately sold out of every flavor. We will be closed through Wednesday, July 9th, 2025.
We will reopen at 12pm on Thursday, July 10th, 2025, and we will be FULLY STOCKED.

In the meantime, the Gas Dock has Hershey prepackaged ice cream products.
