To All My Friends and Family Members,

Don’t forget about this weekend! The Kellumtown Rd Community Action Association will be holding a dinner sale at the schoolyard to kick off our fundraising efforts for a Community Building and Playground Fund.

If you know anything about Kellumtown Rd and its history, you know that this schoolyard was a vital part of our community when we were growing up. It’s time to bring it back! We’ve been talking about this for a long time, and now we have a great opportunity to make it happen.

This is the first of several fundraisers we’ll be hosting over the next few months to get the ball rolling. To help us reach our goal, we’re aiming to sell at least 100 plates during this first event, starting at 12 PM on Saturday, August 31, 2024.

Reserve Your Plate: To make sure you don’t miss out, it’s a good idea to reserve your plate in advance. Just text 252-424-9796 to secure yours.

Can’t Make It? If you’re out of town or can’t attend but would still like to contribute, you can donate by scanning the barcode attached. Please include “Kellumtown Community Center Fund” in the comments section.

Delivery Option: If you’re at work and would like your order delivered, let us know in advance! We will have limited delivery services, and all delivery orders must be placed no later than Friday, August 30th at 4 PM.
