You’ve been training for years, but your vertical barely changes. What’s missing?

Jumping higher isn’t just about doing more jumps. It’s about identifying what’s holding you back.

First, build the mobility you need to get into effective positions.

Then, develop strength to build your force-producing capacity.

Next, train explosive power. Olympic lifting variations are one tool to help develop it.

Finally, transfer that capacity to fast, reactive plyometrics, where you learn to produce and redirect force quickly.

Mobility. Strength. Power. Reactivity.

Don’t just train harder. Train with a purpose, measure your progress, and address what your body actually needs.

That’s how we approach performance at LU Sports Performance.

Building a Long-Term Athlete > Chasing Short-Term Results

No matter the sport, the goal isn’t just to create a better athlete today—it’s to build an athlete who continues improving for years.

The best athletes aren’t always the ones who peak early. They’re the ones who build a strong foundation, stay healthy, and continue developing year after year.

Train for the future, not just the next game.

Strong fundamentals. Smart progression. Long-term success.
