As most of us have done for so many years now, we've started our new year with a new year's resolution. Get in shape, lose some weight, tone up our muscles. But, by this time next year you'll be saying this year I'm going to stick to my resolution, but you never do. It's a discipline break down. So this year let's set our sights on only 3 months. Let's promise our self to work at having discipline for only 3 months this year, instead of 12 months. You'll be more excited, with a stronger discipline, proving to yourself, family, & friends, that you are a mentally strong, disciplined person. If you can discipline yourself for 3 months, you'll experience a mental, physical, & visual, transformation that may encourage you to extend your healthy way of living to 6 months, 9 months, a year. I've been teaching/training, men, women, and children in, Rusty's "Safe" Boxercise Fitness, since its inception in 1992. I've been in elite conditioner for over 40 years now. At 62, I'm still in elite physical condition.
Since its inception in 1989, I've constantly, almost daily, have taught, & trained, people of all ages, shapes, sizes, backgrounds, from professional athletes to house wife's. I have the physical ability to train four clients per hour. Humbly, I proclaim that I'm the very best, most realistic, intense, but completely safe, cardio, & respiratory conditioning, muscle toning, self confident enhancing, Boxercise teacher/trainer, that exists.
