Rest in peace to my student, fighter and my good friend J’mani Oliver. I’m not one to ever post my personal feeling on here but this on has hit me hard.a tough kid who grew up rough and turned his life around with support from his family and training jiu jitsu and fighting. He had been with me a long time and was a hell of a fighter who was undefeated. His life was cut short because of the lack of respect in this younger generation. To take a mans life over something that coulda been avoided if the other people involved had any respect at all is unacceptable. Shooting a un armed man when you could have just walked away or just fought it out like two real men is not gangster or being a man, that makes you a coward and a sucker. A real man is a gentleman and always shows respect and avoids peddie conflict. I take this one hard because I grew up with some of his family I promised I would look after him, he was a monster in the cage with incredible KO power but off the mats he was a gentleman and so polite and no matter what kind of day I was having his smile and calming demeanor would cheer me up. I will miss you brother but I guess God needed a true warrior with him Rest in peace my brother 🙏🙏🙏
