If you know me, you know every year I have to set a new fitness goal for myself to accomplish no matter how crazy it may sound at the time.
I always start from scratch, whether it’s dropping 40lbs, gaining 25lbs of muscle, trying a new sport, way of training, etc..
I love to put myself in any potential client’s shoes to understand what they’re going through not only physically but mentally.

TODAY I ran 5 Miles. At a steady pace.
(If you’re a Football Player or any other sport that involves more of an anaerobic training regimen you can relate 😂)
WE DON’T DO LONG DISTANCE. WE SPRINT!
If you would’ve asked me a year ago to run even 2 miles straight for fun… I would’ve laughed.
Originally I had a goal just to run in our Feed the Families 5k (3mi) to raise money for .
I set my goals, switched up my type of training, and it’s been full speed ever since.
Now, i’m not stopping at my original goal. I’m going to continue to push myself for a 10k and then a half marathon.
WHY? Because I can get out of my comfort zone . And YOU can too..👊🏾
