โฐQโฑ When is Grand Opening Date?
โฐAโฑ The Soft Opening Phase of MISSFIT starts on March 20th, and our grand opening is scheduled for April 18th. During our Soft Opening, we will be offering a limited class schedule. The full class schedule will be available from April 18th onwards, and memberships will start being billed from this date.
โฐQโฑ How long do classes run?
โฐAโฑ MISSFIT classes are scheduled for an hour. This includes time for stretching, warm-up, and setting up equipment. Workouts can range from 30-42 minutes
โฐQโฑ What is MISSFITโs Class Structure?
โฐAโฑ MISSFIT offers a unique workout of the day (WOD), which is explained, demonstrated, and modified for those in need of modifications. Coaches keep a close eye on members to ensure good form, and everyone works at their own pace and level in a group setting that is both super effective and fun.
โฐQโฑ Will I need to bring my own workout equipment?
โฐAโฑ No, you won't need to bring your own equipment. MISSFIT provides all the necessary equipment, including dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, jump ropes, medicine balls, barbells, pull-up bars, weighted plates, and more. Our specially designed flooring is comfortable enough that you can exercise without using a fitness mat, but you are welcome to bring your own fitness mat if you prefer.
โฐQโฑ Do I have to sign up for a package or can I just walk in and try a class?
โฐAโฑ To try a class, you need to sign up for a monthly membership, which includes a free month of classes. After the grand opening date, we will also be offering a free trial class. (Cancel anytime)
*If you cancel your membership before April 18th, you will not be charged.
*After April 18th, you will not need to sign up for a membership in order to try a class.
