The Morann Club fished its 8th tournament of the year at Templeton. Conditions were tough with milk chocolate water and storms approaching. The team of Dave and John Gallo took 1st place with a 5 fish weight of 5.26 #. 2nd place went to the team of Steve Sinclair and Bruce Miller with 2 fish weighing 3.11 # with the lunker weighing 2.28 # and third place went to the team of Doug and Hunter Smitchko with 2 fish weighing a total of 2.29 #. Congratulations Guys.

Just a reminder our next tournament is this Saturday August 22nd out of Templeton. Start time was moved to 6 or 1st safe light. Just a heads up for those spending the night, there is no place close by to get food that I'm aware of so you will want to bring your own.Hope to see everyone there.

The Morann Bass Club fished two tournaments this weekend and also added 5 new members. Let's welcome our new members - Parker Alexander, Toby Beaquit, Jude Kline, Blake Webber and Eli Brown.

Day 1 we had 21 members show up to fish Bush Dam. 1st place was the team of Mike Michael Bird and Jason Ocker with a 5 fish limit and weight of 9.14 #, 2nd place was the team of Dave and John Gallo with a 5 fish limit and weight of 8.62 # and 3rd was the team of Parker Alexander and Toby Beaquit with 3 fish weighing in at 8.49 # which included the lunker weighing 4.73 #.

Day 2 we had 17 members show up to fish Stevenson Dam in some heavy rain. 1st place was the team of Lonnie Delaun Stanton and Jeff Beals with a 5 fish limit weighing 11.99 #, 2nd place was the team of Mike Bird and Jason Ocker with 4 fish weighing 11.39 # including lunker weighing 4.42 # and 3rd place went to the team of Steve Sinclair and Bruce Miller with a 5 fish limit and weight of 11.27 #.

Congratulations Guys and hope to see everyone at our next tournament August 22nd at Templeton.

The Morann Bass Club braved the storms today and fished their 5th tournament of the year at Glendale Lake. 1st place with a lunker of 4.05 # and total weight of 12.34 # went to the team of Lonnie Delaun Stanton and Jeff Beals. 2nd place went to the team of Michael Bird and Jason Ocker with a weight of 10.59 #. Finishing out the top 3, the team of Dave and John Gallo took 3rd with a weight of 8.37 #. Congratulations Guys! The next tournament will be Bush on August 1st.

Attention!!!!! I just talked to the staff at Glendale and our tournament was moved during the approval process from Sunday to Saturday. So we will have our tournament this Saturday July 18th from 530- 1230 out of Beaver Valley Launch (flagpole). Please spread the word.

The Morann Bass Club travelled to East Brady for the 4th tournament of the season. Conditions were tough, went from clear water the day before to straight mud on tournament day. 16 people and 9 teams fished with the win going to Mike Bird and Jason Ocker total weight of 11.25 pounds with a 3.31 lunker. A close 2nd place with 10.23 pounds was the team of Dave and John Gallo. Third place went to Doug and Hunter Smitchko with 7.74 pounds and 4th went to Lonnie Stanton and Jeff Beals with 6.97 pounds. Congratulations Guys! The next tournament will be Sunday July 19th at Glendale.
