Shout-out to this dynamic duo !!! Pam and Bart started training Summit in July with the goal of shedding some stubborn weight and building strength.
In one month, Pam is down 4 lbs and 2 inches, and Bart lost 10 lbs and 2 inches.
On top of these weight loss results, they have improved in their strength 💪 with being able to hold a plank twice as long, doubling the amount of crunches, and doubling their amount of pushups.
They are truly committed to their health and have made healthy lifestyle changes that I know they will continue for years to come. They incorporate exercise while on vacation, have an occasional glass of wine or slice of cake 🎂 but stick to the plan.
