t-shirt designs for the maui yoga retreat! next sunday four special humans will be traveling to maui to join me for a week ashtanga yoga, self-discovery and relaxation. this includes daily practice, mysore style and led, philosophy, living the eight limbs, as well as daily excursions, good food and breath taking beaches. i am so honored to be hosting this and holding space for those joining me. this will be an annual trip and i look forward to more of you joining me next year!

had a dream last night about teaching yoga and was reminded that i am teaching to serve others. i am teaching to help heal those who didn’t think healing was possible. to strengthen those who are ready to give up. to empower those who want more.

i am always happy when i get a chance to share this practice and work on my craft. we practice and grow together 💗

ready for maui 💗

there is still one more spot with your name on it for my maui yoga adventure! there will be a total of four of us which i feel is the perfect size. together we will meditate, practice yoga, explore maui, relax on the beaches, eat great food, learn about the eight limbs of yoga and how to implement them into our lives and connect with like minded individuals.
