Posture and speed progression with Brody. Working at higher intent helped clean up movement patterns and sequencing when he returned to his normal swing.

Soren has put in elite level work from the start, fully committing to building a high performance swing. He’s completely transformed his move pattern going from a steep, down and across, disconnected rotation sequence to a more efficient, connected, and on plane hand path. His hands now stay synced with torso rotation, creating deeper barrel turn, extended time in the hitting zone, and dramatically improved adjustability to velocity and pitch shape. This is a real swing transformation built on intent, discipline, and elite training.

This athlete has made significant strides in a short period of time. The top video captures his first day in the facility, where his load featured excessive forward movement of the upper body, creating a steep swing plane early and a steep upward path through contact. Through focused adjustments—specifically helping his upper half stay back during the forward move and refining his barrel turn—he is now consistently turning above the ball with a flat, slightly positive attack angle. These changes have allowed him to maximize efficiency in his swing and drive the baseball on a consistent line.
