Want to help shape the future of USATF Masters Track and Field?

We are building our team of actively engaged athletes for the upcoming year, and this is your chance to make your voice heard where it matters most.
Every year at the USATF Annual Meeting, Masters Track and Field has a powerful seat at the table. Out of our 116 total election votes, a massive allocation of 39 votes belongs directly to our actively engaged athletes.

This December in Portland, major leadership roles are on the ballot:
• All four MTF Officer Positions
• Active Athlete Representative
• General Council Board Position

If you are planning to attend the Annual Meeting this December and want to step up as one of our 39 voting athlete representatives, we need to hear from you.
Here is how the process works:

1. Complete and submit the required application form by November 9th.
2. Email your completed form directly to [email protected].
3. Attend the first MTF General Session on Friday, December 4th, where the compiled list of interested athletes will be presented to the body for approval.
Once the list is approved by the active athletes in the room, you will officially hold voting power to help select our next leadership team. Don't miss the chance to represent your fellow athletes and guide the direction of our sport.

Thank you for your dedication, your passion, and your continued support of USATF Masters Track and Field.

Best regards,
USATF Masters Track and Field Executive Committee
