Summer is almost here so are the summer challenges-heat, disrupted routines, travel can compromise your fueling, hydration, and recovery. Include high-water fruits and vegetables like (watermelon, cucumber) and choose for lighter protein sources like chicken, white fish for easier digestion. Smoothies offers a nutrient-dense alternative when appetite is low.
Longer or intense training requires electrolyte-rich fluids to replace sodium and retain fluid. Post-exercise, rehydrate with 125-150% of fluid lost; milk based recovery shakes support glycogen restoration, muscle repair, and sodium replacement.

Nutrition is a performance tool, not just fuel. Especially in summer.

Happy Easter 🐣✝️❤️
May the miracle of Easter bring you renewed hope, faith, love, and joy.
What's your reason for exercise? For me, it's that amazing post-workout feeling, the natural high that keeps me going. It just makes my day smoother, and honestly, no workout has ever been a regret. Putting in the effort pays off. Always.

You'll never change your life until you change something you do daily. The secret of your success is found in your daily routine.

A couple of things I've changed throughout the years in my daily routine:
✅Try to read at least 30min a day as a form of me-time
✅Drinking enough water, aiming for 1.5-2l a day
✅Doing some form of exercise every single day, whether that's strength training, cardio or hitting 10k steps
✅Making a daily to do list - makes me feel & be more productive when I write everything down
✅Eat more frequent smaller portions throughout the day
✅Putting more time & effort into discovering & prepping nutritious meals which makes this lifestyle so much more enjoyable, because chicken & rice isn't the ONLY way to go.

How your life feels is more important than how it looks. Don't let the world harden you into a person you are not. The first step is always the hardest. A year from now, you'll wish you had started today.

All 3 macros are important! I eat within my required macronutrients. Macronutrients: proteins, fats, carbs. We all require different macros! Lifestyle, goals and genetics will determine your macro numbers. My macros are (most likely) different from yours, yours are different from theirs, and theirs are different from mine. And so on.
I don't stress if I miss hitting my macros. I just try to get within the ballpark.
