Water Bootcamp is back again. We use ALL the toys in this 1 hour circuit: Water dumbbells, weighted dumbbells, push plates, bands, and medicine balls. We have the best time working through our functional circuit focusing on strength, core, and cardio intervals. This is one of my favorite classes I teach all year. I am excited to have some long time friends return and meet some new ones this summer. Who is coming to play?
