Long time no talk!! LA Fitness has added Zumba Gold to the schedule. Zumba Gold is a modified zumba class for active older individuals and also anyone in need of a low impact work out. They are being taught by yours truly. Mondays and Tuesdays at 11 am. Reach our for guest passes!
