Kids Graduation Ceremony | Spring 2026
This weekend we recognized the growth, effort, and commitment of our young Martial Artists at our Spring Graduation Ceremony. Each student demonstrated not only their technical progress, but also the discipline, focus, and habits they’ve been building through consistent training.

Graduation is more than stripes or belts, it reflects the daily choices to show up, stay accountable, and keep improving both on and off the mats. We’re proud of every student who reached this milestone and grateful for the families who support their development every step of the way.

Kids Anti-Bullying Seminar
On Saturday, February 28th at 10AM, we’re hosting a Kids Anti-Bullying Seminar focused on helping students handle difficult situations with confidence and awareness. This seminar is about teaching kids how to communicate clearly, set boundaries, and carry themselves in a way that discourages bullying before it ever becomes physical.

Students will learn practical strategies they can use at school and in everyday life, while also developing the confidence that comes from training in a structured and supportive environment.

Pope Elementary Valentine Teacher Appreciation
Valentine’s Day is about appreciation and our students would not be who they are without the teachers who pour into them every day.

This week we had the privilege of delivering some love to the amazing teachers at Pope Elementary () for shaping strong minds, kind hearts, and confident leaders. The connection between school, home, and the academy is what allows kids to truly grow. When they see the same values reinforced by the people guiding them every day, character forms naturally, respect is learned through example, and confidence follows.

We are grateful to stand alongside the people helping raise the next generation.

Team Tooke Women’s-Only Training
On Friday, January 23rd, we’re hosting Women’s-Only Training with Professor Melissa Barberino (). This session is designed to create a focused, supportive environment where women can train, learn, and build confidence on the mats together.

Whether you’re brand new to Jiu-Jitsu or looking to sharpen your fundamentals, this is an opportunity to train with intention, ask questions, and continue developing your game in a space built specifically for women.

Kids Graduation Ceremony Winter 2026
On Saturday, January 24th, we’re hosting our Kids Graduation Ceremony to recognize the effort, progress, and continued growth of our young Martial Artists. This day is about celebrating discipline, confidence, and the hard work our students put in on the mats every week.

We’ll begin with 9AM kids training, followed by our Graduation Ceremony at 10AM, where students will be recognized for their commitment and development.

Instructor Training Course

Team Tooke Cypress will be hosting an Instructor Training Course on Saturday, May 3rd from 12PM to 5PM.

This Course is open to Leadership Members and is designed to develop teaching skills, leadership presence, and overall effectiveness on and off the mats.

We look forward to seeing you there and continuing to build a strong foundation for our students and community.
