Sometimes u just need to blue everything out, close your eyes and think of things that you’re thankful for!
I am thankful for what I have ( Health, great family, friends, faith, little boy maxi 🐶 , etc ) and what I am and I have. My Thanksgiving is perpetual.
( take inventory of who’s around u now, next thanksgiving they may not be there. We all know a few that was supposed to be here today but unfortunately, they’re watching from heaven )
It’s easy to get into a slump of thinking about what you don’t have and shut down the lights but even I’m dark there’s still a shine of brightness. As a health coach, I’m constantly reminded by my client and people around how important it’s to invest in your health. It’s ways to invest in entertainment like social media. Yes, social media is such a big investment for lots of people. What u eat, what u drive, what u drink, what place, etc. But most importantly it’s to invest in your health. Social media wouldn’t fresh up your liver and pump your heart up. Be mindful of what you have and what you need.
It’s not always about that positive BS. If you’re not healthy and happy then everything you’ll see will turn dark and negative bc you’ll eventually lose your motives.
Take inventory of good around u and invest more and more to what’s adding to your future.
I’m thankful for where I am and what I stand for.
