The stage is set.

The defending champs PTB survived a war against AMC. The former kings weren’t ready to hand over the throne, but when the dust settled, PTB was still standing.

On the other side, Shootout sent a message loud and clear. They didn’t just beat the 10-time champion Bombers… they beat them up. The dynasty was sent home, and now Shootout is back where they believe they belong — playing for the title.

Now it’s legacy vs legacy.

PTB is chasing another ring and looking to cement this era as theirs.

Shootout is looking to remind everyone that before PTB’s run, they were the standard.

One champion.
One team leaves with the trophy.

The talking is over. Only 8 teams remain.

PTB comes in as the #2 seed, but let’s be honest… they’re still the favorites until somebody proves otherwise. The defending champs know how to win when the lights get bright, but The Exceptions now stand in their way after surviving round one.

The Underdawgs advanced too… and now get rewarded with the Bombers. 10-time champs. League royalty. A team still trying to remind everybody who runs Just Hoop.

AMC might be the most dangerous team left. Late in the season they started looking like former champs again — but STB stands directly in the way. And if you know STB, expect a physical playoff battle from start to finish.

And don’t sleep on the 4/5 matchup.

Shootout vs Free Agents might quietly be the game of the night. No favorites. No easy buckets. Just pressure.
