There are seasons for buying and seasons for selling. I took a chance on a mobile version of the Hippo Fitness business but as they say life got in the way. Sold the RV and truck. A bit sad because we had such a good time with them but it was time to part ways.

For me it’s better to show the boys that things are just things and never hold onto stuff if it’s not serving you any longer.



I’m sure we will RV again.

As some y’all know my family likes to rescue dogs. People ask all the time how do you keep from getting attached. Well truth is I don’t. I’m attached to every single one for what I imagine is forever. I cry every time they leave. But the way I look at it we are just a stop on the way to their awesome new life. If I could keep them all I would. Maybe one day we will all meet again. Til then safe travels sweet Maggie Mae. She is a pro snuggler. She is heading up North and already has fosters lined up. She will be adopted in minutes.

What a special weekend! Aden’s team won the Summer Jam Lacrosse Tournament in Atlanta! Mom got to come out and watch!This is super special for us because Dad never got to see AG play. Had a great visit with Aunt Joy! Got to visit with old friends and even check in on Big George. He’s doing great. I hope he was half as proud of me as I am of Aden. He works so hard. Congrats Panthers Elite! You’ve earned it! Champs.

Saw this one in a mom and pop Pizza joint in PA. Place is called Goumbas so good. It’s definitely the real deal.
