Announcing VALOR VIBES: SUMMER SESSIONS, an immersive music and yoga experience. Sound curated by and yoga led by .perry_.

Jonah wil be creating an hour-long, continuously evolving soundscape mixing multiple tracks, rhythms, and instruments in real time, while layering in live acoustic elements like guitar, drums, tambourines, and sound bowls. The music is intentionally coordinated with the flow of the yoga practice, creating an experience that feels energizing, emotional, transporting you somewhere new.

We will be hosting this event once a month over the summer, with our first session on Friday night, June 19 at 5:30 PM. Food and drinks will be served after to keep the vibe going.

Egotistical pride and “reverse pride” keep us from living inside of the healthy, grateful worthiness we are meant to embody.

When we know our worthiness and we don’t have to prove it, we can live fully and enjoy getting to contribute to others without holding back.

The question that was asked here was around how we navigate or step outside of feeling like we don’t deserve good things like success or abundance.

It’s your responsibility to remember that you are worthy and to humble yourself enough to receive. This is the foundation for showing up and giving value to the world.
