in Henderson is an eight year United States Army veteran and a combat veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom. After returning from Iraq he exchanged his military uniform in for a law enforcement uniform where he spent five years as a Sheriff Deputy. These thirteen years of formal training in fitness and defensive tactics is what has inspired Edwin to begin EveryDayHealth and become agent for change. It is the belief of founder, Edwin Henderson, that God desires we be whole in every area, spirit, soul, and body. This concept in being whole is what he refers to as the “God Inspired Life.” As each day passes our bodies are aging, some faster than others, and we have a responsibility to ourselves, our families, and those we love to live life to our maximum potential. EveryDayHealth was created for everyday people who desire is to live life on purpose, with purpose, and with passion by taking control of their health and not letting it control them. EveryDayHealth is more than a food and fitness program but a LIFESTYLE change.

When we’re comfortable many times we’re not driven to do more. Complacency creeps in and by the time you look up you’re no further along than the day before.

Identify whatever area you’ve become comfortable at and purpose to shake things up.

Working out is one of the best ways to make that adjustment.

Allow yourselves to become uncomfortable for the sake of growth and watch what happens.

Many people wake up believing Monday’s suck. Why is that? Has your mind been shaped by others on what Monday’s should be? Have you spoke negatively about the beginning of the week?

How about you allow Monday to be great just like Friday. Monday’s successes or failures are directly linked to one person. You!!!

Today I choose to be thankful for all that Monday will bring good or bad.
