💜 I have been serious about movement my whole life and I have some serious life lessons to share with the world.
🌱 I was 17 years old in this pic
🩰 🎶 In the pic, I had already danced with a civic ballet company, studied at Alvin Ailey, Joffrey Ballet, danced at Jones Hall, and was about to graduate from the High School from the Performing and vision arts.
⚠️ AND…. Drum roll 🥁
soon hereafter, I started to develop
🥲BACK PAIN,
🥲my pelvis started locking up, 🥲dancing slowly became less “ natural”. I felt heartbroken and could not even put my finger on the problem.

FAST FORWARD many years
I met a woman, Wendy Leblanc-arbuckle, who taught me how to move ( and certified me to teach pilates)
🔴WITHOUT tucking, sucking in, squeezing and OVERWORKING.
🧘🏻‍♀️I unwinded and RE patterned my body. And became more powerful than ever BODY and Spirit!!
🤞🏻♣️♠️🃏I had the great fortune of learning IN my childhood THAT!!!
TUCKING, SUCKING IN, and SQUEEZING only gives MOMENTARY SUPPORT… it’s GET YOU THROUGH….. 💰at a big price💰
🧗‍♂️To be gifted with a NEW journey in my Adulthood. AND PASS it ON 2 YOU.

🍃Some adults unfortunately, learn this the hard way.

There is ANOTHER WAY.
